Chairman's Message

Indian economy is based on agriculture. For last few years natural imbalance is increasing immensely due to continuous deforestation, resulting somewhere in drought and somewhere in flood. Due to illiteracy of farmers and not proper implementation of Govt's policies, we are not adopting scientific methods of agriculture and wasting our natural resources. It is one of the main cause of decreasing water level every where. 

It is my dream that we should have Greenery and proper development of forests everywhere. In my view we must adopt modern scientific Agro techniques to maximize agriculture high quality products in minimum labour, time and expenditures. To fulfill my this dream we have developed company's agriculture farms, where we develop high quality hybrid plants. We use modern scientific techniques of plantation, such as we keep plant in a 3 feet x 3 feet hole in which we provide proper fertilizers and necessary medicines, keeping distance of 20 feet among the plants for their proper growth. Than these plants are connected to DRIP SYSTEM, due to which every plant of the farm gets water drop by drop at a time. Due to this system not even a single drop of water goes waste. Simultaneously we use WATER RAIN GUN SYSTEM, which revolves around 360 degree and gives natural rain over 1 beegah (approx 2000 Sq yards) land at a time. Due to this rain, plants get enough water and dust and bacteria deposited on plants get removed.

Due to these techniques we can increase production of high quality Agro Products in minimum labour, time and cost. I appeal you – "SAVE PLANTS, SAVE NATURE AND SAVE RESOURCES FOR OUR COMING GENERATIONS".

Likewise, I had one more dream in my mind i.e. our life style should be full of luxuries and happiness, to fulfill it we have another wing of our company which is ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. We develop residential colonies of international standards. I feel that we should have adequate infrastructure in our colonies e.g. Wide Roads, proper Drainage System, 24 hrs. Electricity & Water supply, Telephone system etc. Apart from these facilities we keep reserve land for School, Hospital, Departmental Store, Bank, Swimming Pool etc., so that residents of our colonies should get day to day facilities in the colony itself and last but not the least a big Park for playing Children after all they are our next Generation, their overall personality development is necessary.

We construct Houses, Villas according to VASTU & SCIENTIFICALLY DESIGNED MAPS, providing all facilities in it. This entire construction goes through under the supervision of qualified, experienced and efficient Architects by using high quality material to give full satisfaction to our customers.

THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE

2. To purchase, acquire, get, convert, develop, improve, hold v. ith absolute, or limited rights or on lease, sub-lease or otherwise and to erect, construct, build, demolish, re-erect, alter, repair, furnish and maintain land, including agricultural land, buildings, houses, farmhouses, residential flats, commercial complexes, colonies, markets, shops, factories, mills, godowns and building for hotels, restaurants and cinema houses, roads, bridges, dams, canals and wells in India or abroad and to sell, exchange, lease, sub-lease, barter or otherwise deal in land including agriculture land, building, whether in India or abroad and to manage land, building and other properties and to collect rents and income and to supply and provide tenants, occupiers and others refreshments, attendance, waiting rooms, reading rooms, ' meeting rooms, laboratories, water, electric and all other conveniences including inter-communication equipments and to carry on the business of contractors, sub-contractors, general construction, builders, civil, irrigation and hauliers and to lay out, develop, demolish, re-erect, alter, repair, remodel or do any other works in connection with any building or building scheme, roads, docks, ships, sewers, bridges, canals, wells, springs, dams, power plants, reservoirs, embankments, railways, irrigations, reclamations, improvements, sanitary, water, gas, electric light, telephone, telegraphic, television, antenna and power supply works or any other structural or architectural work of any kind or whatsoever and to prepare estimates, designs, plans, specifications or models and to carry on the business of advisers, consultants, planners, engineers or managers in connection with construction, reconstruction, development, improvement of all kinds of land, buildings, colonies or apartment buildings in India and abroad.
